Mindful Vinyasa Flow
Mindfully sequenced and creative Vinyasa Flow sessions; to challenge, strengthen and restore. Each session will explore a different theme – from the philosophical to the anatomical – and leave you grounded and uplifted in equal measure.
Barre & Yin
This class combines elements of pilates, yoga, dance and functional training to lengthen, strengthen and empower.
High energy, low impact Barre exercises help develop our coordination and balance with a sense of grace; leading us toward a blissful Yin relaxation.
Slow down, unwind and invite some sacred space into your day with this embodied, meditative Yin Yoga practice.
HIIT & Yin
Develop strength and cardiovascular fitness through high-intensity interval training (HIIT), before grounding and lengthening into a delicious deep release yin yoga practice. Start your week feeling supported and strong.

Class duration: 1hour (apart from Tuesday Vinyasa Flow which is 75mins)
Monday/Wednesday/Saturday classes are hosted by AdventureYogi. Class cost is £7 drop-in, with discounts available for 5 / 10 class packs / NHS workers. Book these classes directly with AY via the links in the schedule above.
Tuesday/Thursday classes are hosted independently by Jessamin. Please register in advance via the links in the schedule. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting, including the link to pay via Paypal. One class = £7
