Prenatal Yoga Group Classes

Join Jessamin in a 6-week block of prenatal yoga classes (suitable for 2nd and 3rd Trimester) and carve out a sacred space within your week. Take a moment to pause and connect with your breath, your baby, and your body’s innate wisdom as you navigate this journey into motherhood.

In each 75minute session, Jessamin expertly and safely guides specially tailored yoga flows to enhance and nurture your pregnancy experience whilst preparing your body physically, mentally and emotionally for the birth of your baby. 

Through asana, pranayama and yoga nidra, these classes will help you to gently maintain strength, stamina and flexibility, while reducing fatigue and improving relaxation.

What you will learn and experience:

  • How to practice yoga safely and beneficially while pregnant
  • Gently strengthening and energising flow classes to prepare your body physically, mentally, and emotionally for childbirth
  • Techniques and tools to use during labour (including breathing, sounds, movements, visualisations)
  • Relaxing practices to help you deal with any fatigue, anxiety and discomfort related to pregnancy, creating space to deeply connect with your baby

Classes will be held LIVE and ONLINE via Zoom
